Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Rikelle.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to initiate the process. All items must be returned new, unused, unopened, and with all security seals intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

To ensure a seamless and traceable return process, all returns are handled via prepaid return labels generated by Rikelle. A return label may be requested via your order confirmation email or by contacting orders@rikelleskin.com. A €6.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us. Refunds will be issued only after the return has been received and inspected. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and retaining proof of postage.

Once your return has been received, we will confirm processing within 1–2 business days.
