You can return your bottle through your Rikelle Circle account. To do this, choose the bottle you wish to return in the portal and select 'return items' within 14 days of receiving your bottle.
After completing your return request, you can download your return label (we'll also send a copy to your email, just in case). Simply print this label out and attach it to your re-sealed box. Then, within 14 days of requesting your return, take the parcel to your local drop-off point.
